San Diego DUI Crash Leaves Man Seriously Injured


 

A San Diego DUI accident that occurred in El Cajon leaves 2 men seriously injured according to the California Highway Patrol.

The suspected San Diego DUI driver, Dustin Beyer, 21, was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence after he allegedly ran a red light his 2007 Ford Econoline 350 van. The suspected DUI crash happened around 4:35 p.m. in the vicinity of Jamacha Road and Chase Avenue.

The alleged DUI driver crashed into the left side of a 2000 Honda Accord as the 35 year old driver of the Honda was in the intersection making a left turn. Lawyer firm in Florida. Both the driver of the Honda and his male passenger were taken to the hospital where they are said to be in serious condition.

The suspected DUI driver was arrested on a felony count of driving under the influence and is being held in San Diego’s central jail on 100,000 bail. He will be arraigned at San Diego Superior Court in El Cajon at1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Actress Estella Warren Pleads No-Contest For May DUI Charge

 In Los Angeles, actress Estella Warren appeared in court Friday due to her May 2011 DUI arrest. Warren pleaded no-contest for her DUI charge and the Judge ordered that the she go into a residential rehab facility for six months. Frank Mateljan, a Los Angeles city attorney’s spokesman explained that in addition to residential rehab, Warren is sentenced to five years of informal probation. According to the Associated Press, on October 7th of this year, Warren will have to attend a hearing about whether or not she will have to pay restitution. Long Beach Fire Captain Pleads Guilty for DUI Hit and Run Crash

 In Santa Ana California, the Long Beach fire captain pleaded guilty for critically injuring a cyclist in a crash while he was driving under the influence of alcohol back in April. On the first day of April, John Hines, a resident of Huntington Beach, was drinking at a bar in Long Beach before getting behind the wheel of his truck.
